Refunds, Returns, Tax & Duties Policy

Kushner Clothing is committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and adhere to the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.  

If you are not happy with your purchase for the reasons below, we will happily assist you.
I’ve changed my mind
Notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We will send a courier, and the cost of collection will be deducted from your refund.
  • The items must be unwashed and in the original and sell-able condition with all tags attached.
Please note we do not collect at a Post Office, and your delivery must be marked “door to door”
Quality problems
Notify us here if the clothing item is not the quality you would expect from Kushner Clothing. We will collect and send you a replacement item at our own cost.


1. Kushner Clothing can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Products purchased at another retail outlet will not be accepted.
2. Damaged merchandise will be refunded or exchanged at no additional cost provided this is done within 2 months from date of delivery. 
4. All sale items are considered final sale and not returnable.
5. Once we receive the item(s) back we will inspect it and replace it if faulty at no extra cost to the customer.
The items must be unwashed and in the original sell-able condition with all tags attached.
All credits will be refunded to the credit card or bank account used on your Kushner Clothing account at the time of return.
Please allow 5-7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for your credit.
Kushner Clothing reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all above guidelines have not been met.

Sales Tax

Kushner Clothing is based in South Africa and VAT is included in the price of the item.

International Shipping

All import duties & taxes are not included in the prices,

The buyer needs to be the importer on record, and All Duties and Taxes are payable by the buyer
